How we will keep you safe during your eye examinations

Both Iain and Richard have undertaken extra training and been granted a certificate of infection control.

We have set up new protocols to maintain the safest environment possible.

The practice door will be locked and you will be only be admitted if you have an appointment. To make an appointment please phone the practice.

We will ask you to sanitise your hands upon entering the practice and wear a face covering while in the practice.

We have installed plastic screens to protect patients and staff.

We will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when within 2 metres.

We have undertaken a formal risk assessment.

We will be carrying out phone consultations and avoiding bringing patients into the practice wherever possible.

The time you spend in the practice will be minimised and we will be only carrying out the tests we deem necessary to treat or investigate your symptoms.

We will disinfect the practice between patient visits (including any frames you try on).
