How to make appointments in phase 2 of Lockdown
Patients who wish to make an appointment should do so by phone. Only patients with appointments will be admitted to the practice.
We are currently only seeing patient for emergency and essential care.
This means that unless you have a red eye, eye discomfort, a foreign body in your eye, a sudden change in your vision, seeing flashes and floaters in your vision, a feeling that you aren’t seeing as well as you normally do or similar symptoms we suggest you wait until things return to normal before making an appointment.
Please call your relevant practice and our receptionists will speak to you over the phone and then arrange for the optometrists to call you back and discus your symptoms. If the optometrist is unable to treat you over the phone we will arrange for you to come in to the practice at a specific time.
